I’m Dianna. The industry calls me Lady Di.
I’m a REALTOR® with Lamacchia Realty, licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I’ve spent more than 20 years in sales, and I joined Lamacchia in the fall of 2020. Here’s what I bring with me.
Why this work is personal
I was a single mother who achieved homeownership and built financial footing through real estate after my own divorce. So when I say a home is more than a property, I mean it. It’s a safe place where your life happens, and it can change what’s possible for you next.
I learned the fine print
I was a legal assistant in family law and real estate law before I got my license. I’m not an attorney, and I’ll tell you when you need one. But contracts and complicated situations don’t rattle me, including selling during a divorce.
I built something from zero
Before real estate, I built an Arbonne business from the ground up. It started with just me and grew to a team of hundreds. I earned the white Mercedes four times over, became the third Regional Vice President in New Hampshire and presented to rooms of hundreds. Teaching people and earning their trust is how I built that business, and it’s how I work now.
I negotiate for a living
Negotiation is where I do my best work, and I’ve trained for it. I also help clients buy and sell at the same time, and I bring an eye for staging and design to every home I list.

When I’m not working
You’ll find me with friends and family, singing, hiking, rollerblading, boating, gardening or at an outdoor concert. I’m a Patriots fan all the way. I also support Thrive New England, Alzheimer’s research, the fight against ALS, Wounded Warriors and Children’s Miracle Network.
